 4. Conditions for using the body YogaAcademyGreece

The following conditions apply to all offers carried out by YogaAcademyGreece:

4.1 Requirements: By registering, each customer declares that he/she is physically healthy and mentally stable and is able to meet the relevant physical and mental requirements. The services offered are not intended as a therapy or healing program. They are in no way a substitute for medical care or the prescription of medication. In case of doubt, a doctor should be consulted.

4.2 Registration: Binding registration for YogaAcademyGreece services must be made in writing by email, to which the customer will receive a confirmation email. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. The contractual relationship is legally binding upon confirmation of registration by email. If a registration cannot be considered, the interested party will be informed of this immediately. Only registrations from adults will be accepted without exception. Minors are represented by their parents.

4.3 Terms of payment: The participation fee must be transferred before the start of the teacher training. The participation fee is due upon registration – to the deadlines specified in the booking conditions – and must then be transferred without delay to the bank details provided. Payment is delayed if the claim is not settled within a set period. Any processing fees and court reminder fees are to be borne in full by the customer. In the event of late payment, YogaAcademyGreece is entitled to withdraw from the contract and pass the course place on to other people.

4.4 Obligation to participate, exclusion: Participants are called upon to participate regularly and constructively in the teacher training. Absences or the decision to cancel an already booked teacher training are without exception the responsibility of the participants and do not constitute a claim to a refund of participation fees.

4.5 Booking policies: The booking is binding and will be confirmed after the payment of a deposit of 500 € which is non-refundable unless participation is cancelled 4 months before the start of the training. The exact days for payments can be found on the booking policies of the respective teacher training.

The early bird discount is granted to participants who transfer the entire amount until the given day mentioned in the booking policies of the respective training.

Participants are required to pay the full amount by one month before the start of the teacher training.

Payment in instalments is possible upon request. In this case the participant has to inform YogaAcademyGreece when booking the training. Up to 3 instalments can be arranged.

4.6 Cancellation of a teacher training: Agreed dates for a yoga teacher training are binding. If they are not cancelled within the timeframe specified in the cancellation policies, the full amount must be paid. The exact days for cancellation schemes can be found on the cancellation policies of the respective teacher training.

If the registration is cancelled up to 6 weeks before the start of the training, only the deposit of 500 euros will be charged.

50% of the teacher training amount is due for cancellations between two and six weeks before the start of the teacher training.

In the event of later cancellations (less than 14 days before the start of the teacher training) the entire participation fee will be charged and not refunded. This also applies if the participant simply stays away from the course without cancelling in time.

Upon request, the payment can be used to register for the next teacher training (if the subsequent training is not fully booked).

A replacement participant can be provided at any time by the participant himself / herself, and this replaces the cancellation fee.

4.7 Implementation, cancellation, termination and changes to events: The number of participants is limited. The implementation of a teacher training is tied to reaching a minimum number of participants by a certain deadline. If the number of registrations is lower, the teacher training can be changed, postponed or cancelled. Participation fees already paid will be refunded in full or, at the customer's request, a rebooking to another teacher training can be made. Further claims for damages are excluded. YogaAcademyGreece reserves the right to postpone, interrupt or cancel a course unit or an entire teacher training at short notice for important reasons. In the event of cancellation or postponement, fees already paid will be refunded in full, or in the event of an interruption, a pro rata amount. No further claim for damages is justified.
